Application Procedure

1.Download and complete the Application Form (click on the link below). You may also request for a hard-copy of the Application Form from the School's General office.

2.Attached the following documents together with the application form:

For Individuals	For Business
Photocopy of the NRCI (front and back)	ACRA's Business Information
List of proposed menu and pricing for all items	List of proposed food/drinks items and selling prices for all items
Photocopy of relevant certificaes such as Food Safety Course Level 1, etc.	Photocopy of relevant certificates such as SFA license for the exsiting business, etc.
	Foor Safety Course Level 1 for employees (To be submitted prior to the date of work commencement at the Stall)

Submit the completed application form and documents by closing date via email OR to the school's General Office by the closing date.

Take Bus number 3 from Pasir Ris Bus Interchange. Alight at the 4th Bus Stop (78209)

Interest applicants must meet the following criteria:

For Individuals	For Business
Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for stallholder.	Able to provide good service and quality food/drinks at reasonable prices. Prices will be determined in consultation with the school.
Stall assistant(s) may be a SC, SPR or a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) or LTVP-Plus holder with Letter of Consent to work.	Able to provide cooked food/drinks that meets the health / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines (see link).
Able to provide good service and quality food/drinks at reasonable prices. Prices will be determined in consultation with the school.	Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene. This includes complying with relevant authorities’ requirements and guidelines.
Able to provide cooked food/drinks that meets the health / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines (see link).	Employee(s) operating the stall is healthy and fit.
Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene. This includes complying with relevant authorities’ requirements and guidelines.	Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.
Healthy and fit to operate the stall.
Must be in personal attendance at the stall.
Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.

Note to successful applicants:

Successful applicant and stall assistant(s)/ employee(s) operating the stall must attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore approved training providers.
Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to operate the stall.

Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant's own expense.
