Netball is a team game requiring speed, agility and good ball handling skills from individuals. Players not only learn about the game itself but also consideration for others, fair play and perseverance along the way. It also provides wonderful opportunities to build life-long friendships and lasting memories of moments on and off the court. Students are recommended to wear the proper training shoes (netball shoes/cross-trainers/court shoes) for all CCA training sessions.
In PRPS Netball, we aim to
promote the game of netball through the teaching of basic netball skills
provide a unique opportunity for both physical and moral development and character building
develop each player to their fullest potential
generate a lifelong enjoyment of sport and physical activity
Players who show great teamwork, commitment and consistent performance will be selected to represent the school and participate in annual national school games and various netball carnivals.
